Cancellation policy

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
• From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 30% of the booking price.
• In the last 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 70% of the booking price.
• No-shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged in full.

 

Tourist tax:

Rates do not include the tourist tax of €1.35 per day, which applies for every guest aged 14 years or over and must be paid locally.

 

Booking confirmation:

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount can be paid by bank transfer to the following account:
